Our Mission

To educate the members and guests about the different aspects of real estate investing. To provide knowledge and skills to individuals so they can ethically and honestly find, analyze, and profit from the various forms of real estate investing.

To provide positive and supportive environment for members of FDI, also known as Financial Destination Inc., who are interested in building wealth through real estate as part of the WealthTRAX membership benefits.

To support FDIREIA and FDI members in achieving the minimum goals which are:

• Purchase at least one house per year at 30% below the market.

• Continue to do that for 7 years, and have all houses paid off in 20 years with the help of EquityTRAX program.

• Create at least $10,000/month positive cash flow for a comfortable retirement.

To provide networking opportunity for members who have properties, looking for properties, or have a product or service of interest to Real Estate Investors.
